Over 30 years in this business and I still treat every customer like family. Show up when I say I will, charge a fair price, and get it done right. Simple as that.
Z & Z Overhead Door is a family business run by Chris Zimmek out of Springfield, Massachusetts. Chris has more than thirty years of garage door experience. The company serves residential doors across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, with free estimates before work begins.
Our work includes spring replacement, cable and roller repairs, opener service and new door installation. A failed working part and a door ready for replacement are different decisions; the estimate should explain what your door needs.
Customers have described specific work in their Google reviews. Carlos V. reported a side-mount opener installed while keeping his existing door. Kevin Explores described three overhead doors replacing barn doors on his garage. You can read those and other selected customer accounts, with a link to the full Google review listing.
